Oscuro is the darkest coffee brought to you by JUSTO. Like Mestiza, it has been grown by farmers of the Cooperativa Aromas del Valle in Northern Peru. But instead of Mestiza’s fruitiness, you can expect quite the opposite: a classic dark roast—almost an “Italian” cup.
Roasting aromas abound, with some sweet- & bitterness to round it off. Best enjoyed—of course—in the moka pot or as espresso.
