The story of JUSTO also begins at Finca Rosenheim. Mark Bolliger's farm in Villa Rica, the oldest coffee-growing region in Peru, supplies the world with specialty coffees. It is thanks to Mark and his team that we could figure out how best to export roasted coffee from Peru to Switzerland . 🧑🏽 Grown at an altitude of around 1,500 meters, Mark's coffee has been appreciated by his long-standing clients for its long-lasting sweetness, creamy texture and fruity notes reminding us of the Orange and Granadilla fields nearby the farm. 🍊 You might wonder: Rosenheim? In fact, the German name of the finca is no exception in the region. More than a century ago, several families from German-speaking Europe settled in the area. And it still shows: oddly-familiar buildings, pine trees and the occasional "Willkommen" sign remind us of the complex and often-surprising histories of coffee production 🌲
