Awicho

Elvira Leo's family has been growing coffee on their farm in Huánuco, Peru, for generations. Only recently, they started selling it under their own brand, Awicho, which means “grandfather” in Quechua. 👴🏽
For us, Awicho is a real morning coffee: sweet and chocolatey, but mostly a coffee that tastes like coffee. We particularly enjoy it in our Bialetti, as Espresso or also in the bean-to-cup machine (fine grinding recommended!). ☕
Before falling in love with their coffee, we first noticed Elvira and Awicho at a coffee fair because of its lovely  and 'homey' branding . Shortly after, we ordered a first batch. Quite a match, also for our customers, we learnt soon: Awicho sold out within days. 🤎
