At JUSTO, you can buy coffee directly from farmers and their cooperatives. Other than all other coffees you can buy, this one is not exported as green coffee, but roasted at origin.

This way, farmers earn a better income and their livelihoods don't depend on global market prices as usually. Beyond farmers, local economies benefit as a higher share of what you pay stays in the region. What is more: farmers even get to tell their own story through their own brands.

In short: a coffee that's not only fair, but truly just.

We are JUSTO.

Born out of a research project that aimed to investigate how to make coffee value chains work for farmers, we ended up trying it ourselves.

JUSTO is a social enterprise: this means that our main goal is not to make profits, but to change the world a little bit. Our mission: to build a 'just' value chain in which farmers retain more value, gain better control and higher recognition.

Currently, we are still at the beginning of a hopefully long journey. The math is easy: the more we grow, the more impact we have - and the better prices we can also offer to you.
