At JUSTO, you can choose from five coffees, which we source roasted from two cooperatives and two family-run farms in Peru. With them, we try to bring out the unique character of each coffee while also meeting our customers' taste. Our coffees therefore cover a wide range of roasts and profiles.

In general, we can recommend all our coffees for any brewing method, though fruitier coffees are a bit harder to get a good result from. For bean-to-cup machines and espresso, we particularly recommend Oscuro and Awicho, while Finca Rosenheim, Quinde and Mestiza work wonderfully in the Bialetti (moka pot), the French press, or as filter coffee. On request, we're also happy to deliver your coffee freshly ground, matched to your brewing method.
